What You’ll Do:
- Orchestrating captivating social media strategies across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Threads, tracking each campaign’s success.
- Sharing and optimizing content across networks in line with strategic goals.
- Creating and curating engaging social media content.
- Directing the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content to align with our brand voice.
- Collaborating with marketing teams to devise and maintain a social media calendar.
- Monitoring social media channels for industry trends.
- Interacting with users and responding to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
- Reviewing analytics and creating reports on key metrics.
- Assisting in the development and management of influencer marketing strategies.
- Repurposing client media assets into timely, tasteful, and on-brand content.
- Engaging with customers and influencers in real time and moderating discussions on social media posts.
- Working directly with creatives, brand ambassadors, and users to procure social media content.
- Staying tuned to social media trends and best practices to develop optimal strategies.
- Confirming and developing hashtags for posts.
- Supporting the Digital Marketing Manager and Creative Director as needed.
Working Hours & Location:
This position can be contract, part-time (20 hours a week) or potentially full-time based on experience, region, and fit within the Agency. Candidates should be based in Northern Colorado or the Denver-Metro area. This position offers a blend of remote and on-site working, with weekly visits to our agency office in Longmont and client locations throughout the Colorado Front Range for coordination and content creation.

- Maintaining project timelines.
- Gathering all social media requirements for client projects and initiatives.
- Managing and maintaining client expectations specific to social media projects and campaigns.
- Independently initiating and completing projects.
Social Media Guru Qualifications / Skills:
- Deep passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and management tools.
- Proficiency with video and photo editing tools, digital media formats, and HTML.
- Strong social listening skills.
- Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media space.
- Strong creative copywriting and copy-editing skills.
- Top-notch oral and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Detail-oriented approach with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Experience using social media management tools (Socialoomph, Critical Mention, Ocoya, Canva, Cast Magic, Sprout Social).
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premier Pro) or equivalent digital media editing tools is a plus.
- Ability to compose social media-style videos.
- Creative – knows social media trends or has a mind-set to create new trends and then execute them.
- Self-motivated, proactive mindset.
- Retail, fashion and/or thrift experience or passion are a plus.
Other Duties/Responsibilities/Expectations:
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
- Works approximately 50% in office and 50% from home or in-office at the discretion of management.
- Available for in-office meetings, planning, and coordination as needed.

Hourly Rate:
Hourly rate will be between $21.16 – $31.46/hour, depending on skill level and experience.
Work Environment/Physical Activities:
- Requires prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping and stretching. Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone and other office equipment.
- Requires manual dexterity to operate computer, keyboard, calculator, copier machine and other office equipment. Requires eyesight correctable to 20/20 to read numbers, reports and computer monitors. Occasional high stress work may require dealing with customers/clients.
- Must be mentally adaptable and flexible in dealing with a variety of people.
- Must be able to deal with a variety of emotions and frustrations in making business decisions.
- Must have a long attention span in order to listen to people, perceive the real problems and bring issues to a successful conclusion.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- Graduate – 3 years of experience.

No direct management of people; some coordination with outside resources.
