Honored for Inspiring the Next Generation of Women in Business
DENVER (April 27, 2017) – It was announced today that Lori Jones, president and CEO of Avocet Communications, a nationally recognized integrated marketing communications agency, was named one of Colorado’s “Women to Watch” by ColoradoBiz magazine.
The honor described Jones as being “instrumental in setting a precedent of possibilities for the next generation of women in business to build upon.”
Noted in the award was the Integrate & Ignite Podcast, Jones’ twice-weekly show for entrepreneurs and CEOS. Since it launched late summer of 2016, the podcast has been downloaded over 9,000 times. The guests that Jones interviews are some of the nation’s most influential business leaders, people who are passionate, who are doing amazing things, and who are willing to share their wisdom and their stories so others can learn and strategize and position their businesses for growth and success.
“I am honored to be included in the amazing 2017 class of ‘Women to Watch’ by ColoradoBiz,” Jones said. “What motivates me and the Avocet team is helping businesses create and build awareness for their brands by implementing integrated marketing campaigns that have big impact and driving customer acquisition to drive ROI.
“I love being a mentor to other women in the business,” she added. “We all come to the table with such unique experiences and skills. I want to share with and to learn from the amazing business leaders in Colorado.”
