Agency to Offer 12-Months of Pro Bono Marketing Services to a Nonprofit Focused on Suicide Prevention
LONGMONT, CO (March 2, 2022) – Work worth doing is worth supporting. For over four decades, Avocet Communications, a Longmont, CO-based and nationally recognized marketing agency known for its fully integrated marketing strategies, has made community outreach and philanthropic support of nonprofit organizations an integral part of its mission and culture. Today the agency announced that it has launched Connected Hearts, an initiative to help nonprofits in their marketing efforts.
“Over the years, we have invested nearly $100K annually in staff time and cash donations to local and national organizations that impact positive change,” said Lori Jones, president and CEO of Avocet. “Connected Hearts is intentional and heart-centered and is taking our nonprofit support to another level.”
The program provides a year’s worth of marketing services to a selected organization. These services might include branding, messaging, public relations, social engagement strategies, and content creation. Each year will have a distinct nonprofit focus. This year our focus is on suicide awareness and prevention. Organizations working to combat this national epidemic, can apply here.
“Helping businesses grow by crafting the right strategy is where our heart is. But heart is also about service,” Jones said. “It’s about helping others and making a difference. We have always been committed to working with organizations that work for the common good; It is our passion center and is woven through every part of our culture.”
