Sullivan first joined the agency in 2018 as an intern. Over the years, the Alaska native has served as a podcast coordinator and producer, a marketing technology coordinator, and most recently as web and digital content coordinator for Avocet.

Sullivan will direct the development and execution of Avocet’s AI-driven, data-centric strategies aimed at optimizing digital conversions for the agency’s local and national clients. In the role, he will collaborate with internal and external teams to define key conversion metrics, deploy data-driven conversion optimization strategies, and leverage data analytics and marketing automation tools to enforce effective performance and efficient content programs that enhance agency and client websites and digital content, as well as public relations and media relations strategies.
